I am an holistic therapist and energy worker, fully qualified in reflexology, clinical aromatherapy, massage and Usui Reiki healing. Being passionate about helping people, I personalise all treatments to take account of your physical and emotional needs, using a variety of techniques to help rebalance and revitalise your body, mind and spirit. This encourages your body’s own healing system and wisdom to kick in.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
After working as a Teaching Assistant, including with young people with special needs, I trained as a Usui Reiki Master. This sparked a deep interest in other holistic therapies, prompting me to study for The City & Guilds Diploma in Complementary Therapies in Gloucester, where I was awarded Complementary Therapist of the Year. Since then I have continued training in various therapies, expanding both my knowledge and skill-set.

Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to reflex areas on the feet, hands, face and even the ears, to bring about a state of deep relaxation and re-balancing. The theory behind reflexology is that the organs, nerves, glands, and other parts of the body are connected to those reflex areas so stimulation of these areas, generally by manipulation and compression, brings about a direct response in the related body area in order to improve function.

It is a gentle, non-invasive and effective treatment that enables me to activate the natural healing powers of your body to bring about a general sense of well-being through balance, harmony and increased vitality.

My treatments are nurturing as well as therapeutic: I want you to feel emotionally and spiritually supported as well as easing any bodily stresses you may have. Each treatment is individually tailored, so therapies might be combined for maximum benefit. As a qualified Reiki lll Practitioner, Clinical Aromatherapist and masseuse, I can combine reflexology with aromatherapy, reiki or massage, depending on your requirements or wishes – see my website for details.

Treatments are carried out in The Garden Room, an oak-framed haven in the Forest of Dean offering peace and quiet with beautiful views overlooking the verdant Wye Valley.

Please contact me by email or through my website for free advice and information – I look forward to hearing from you.
