Working in a Person-Centred way, Kelly allows her clients to start to explore exactly who they are, working through life's challenges and helping them to overcome some of the trauma they may have experienced. Kelly works with men and women, but has a particular interest in women's mental health around life stages such as motherhood and perimenopause. As a single mother to two teenage daughters, Kelly has a lot of experience in the issues that women face as they are growing up and navigating the world.
Kelly has worked as a counsellor in schools and has supported young people and parents via the tic+ Parent Support and Advice Line. She has also worked with female victims of domestic violence with Womankind Bristol. Kelly also has a degree in Human Nutrition and is particularly interested in working with clients who experience long-term diet and weight issues that may be linked to trauma.
Kelly is an Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
